These terms are between you and Web Landscapes LLC, which runs RetailQuotes. By using RetailQuotes you agree to them.

What RetailQuotes does

RetailQuotes lets a store take quote requests, send quotes and track jobs. The quote is between the store and its customer. We are not part of the sale, and we hold no money for either side.

Your account

Keep access to your email safe: sign-in links go there. You are responsible for what is done in your account, and for the prices, terms and payment links on your quotes.

Fair use

Don't use RetailQuotes to send spam, to collect data you have no right to, or for anything illegal. We may suspend a store that does.

Plans and prices

The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is free during early access. We will email you before any charge, with the date and the price, and you can stay on Free instead. Paid plans can be canceled at any time and stay active until the end of the period you paid for.

Availability

We work to keep RetailQuotes running and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending

You can stop using RetailQuotes and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we email you before it takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

We will review these terms as RetailQuotes grows, and email you about changes that matter before they take effect.
